The proposed east elevation view of the building (facing Woodward Avenue) shows the name, "Winkelman's," in script lettering across the top. The title block in the lower right corner indicates that the plan was prepared by "Chas. N. Agree, Inc., Architects, 1140 Book Tower, Detroit, Michigan," at various scales and is dated April 11, 1941.
