American Legion Certificate of Commendation conferred upon the Department of Street Railways Executive Staff for providing the funds for D.S.R. American Legion Post No. 394 to send two boys to the 1952 session of Wolverine Boys State in Lansing. The certificate names the members of the staff as Leo J. Nowicki, James E. Bostick, Charles J. Faber, William B. Fitzgerald, Clyde W. Hough, Ernest W. Knox, John A. Kramer, Louis B. Smith, Fred B. Stone, Fred C. Taylor, and Leroy R. Wagner. The certificate is signed by adjutant Donald J. Sobieski and Commander Jack Hardesty, Jr.
