Congressional Record

One commemorative certificate issued to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum on Belle Isle in Detroit. The certificate is printed in black text on light tan paper that has a gold-colored border. It is a transcription of a short speech that was given by U.S. Senator Carl Levin and was recorded in the Congressional Record, dated May 7, 2010. Senator Levin offered his congratulations to the Dossin Great Lakes Museum in Detroit which was celebrating its 50th anniversary.
