One commemorative certificate issued to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum on Belle Isle in Detroit. The certificate is printed in blue and black text on white paper that has a blue border with a decorative engraved design. It was issued by the "Wayne County Office of the County Executive" on the occasion of the "50th Anniversary of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum." The certificate is signed by Wayne County Executive, Robert A. Ficano, near the lower right corner and is dated July 15, 2010. A gold-colored embossed seal is located at the lower left corner.
