Firemen's Fund Association membership certificate, printed by the Detroit Lithographic Office, and issued to Henry T. Moiles on April 5, 1880. The document bears the signatures of President Peter Smith[?], Treasurer James A. Elliott, and Secretary Patrick W.K. Eating, beside a green adhesive embossed Firemen's Fund Association seal. Illustrations of a firefighter speaking into a bugle, as two other firefighters hold a hose, as well as of a team of firefighters riding in an early self-propelled steam-driven fire engine are on the left side of the certificate. The certificate is mounted on linen.
