Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited

One common stock certificate of "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited." The certificate, Number 4, is printed in black and red text on white linen paper that is watermarked with a circular beaver emblem, the letter, "S," and text that reads "Made In Canada." The certificate has a brown border with decorative engraved pattern and an embossed company seal at the lower center border. Typewritten and printed text indicates that "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. is the owner of Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty (4,850) Shares of the Capital Stock of Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited." The certificate is dated December 30, 1954, and is signed by "E.A. Koonmen, President," and "P. D. Miller, Jr., Secretary." The verso contains black printed text with blank lines that were to be filled in upon a share sale or transfer.
