Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited

One common stock certificate of "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited." The certificate, Number 9, is printed in black and red text on white linen paper that is watermarked with a circular beaver emblem, the letter, "S," and text that reads "Made In Canada" as well as "Howard Smith Bell-Fast Bond." The certificate has a brown border with decorative engraved pattern and an embossed company seal at the lower center border. Typewritten and printed text indicates that "John M. Goode is the owner of One (1) Share of the Capital Stock of Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. (Canada) Limited." The certificate is dated September 25, 1958, and is signed by "E.D. Wattles, President," and "J.C. Gelling, Secretary." The verso contains black printed text with blank lines that were to be filled in upon a share sale or transfer.
