One plan sheet showing the "Arrangement Plans" for the Erie Railroad Transit Company tugboat, FREDERICK U. ROBBINS. The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a plan view of the layouts for the "Lower Deck Aft" and "Lower Deck Forward." The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building & Dry Dock Co." at a scale of 3/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated July 2, 1913. The plan number is shown as "1306."
