One "Steel Harbor Tug" plan for the Erie Railroad Transit Company tugboat, Frederick U. Robbins. The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a profile view of the starboard side of the proposed tugboat. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building & Dry Dock Co." at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated June 3, 1913. The plan number is shown as "2344."
