Detroit Fire Tug, Detroiter

One drawing entitled "Detroit Fire Tug, Detroiter." The drawing consists of black ink on heavy tan paper and includes red, brown, blue, and gray watercolor tinting in selected areas. The drawing shows a port side interior profile view and also a main deck plan view of the proposed fireboat. Notes on each side of the title show, "Keel Laid, Oct. 11, 1892" and "Launched, May 15, 1893." A black ink stamp with handwritten text in the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 57-59-0-1, Tube No. 1." The plan was prepared by the Craig Shipbuilding Company of Toledo, Ohio.
