The drawing consists of a sepia print on vellum paper and shows plan, profile, and end views of a hydraulically operated loader at the front end of drift collector (debris removal) vessel. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by "M. Mack Earle, P.E., Consulting Naval Architect" at a scale of 3/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated May 18, 1987. The plan was prepared for the "U. S. Army District, Philadelphia, Corps of Engineers, Office of the District Engineer."
