One plan sheet entitled, "Hull 339, Self-Propelled Drift Collector, Structural Plan." The drawing consists of a sepia print on vellum paper. It shows various profile and cross-section views of the structural framing design for the hull and superstructure of the drift collector (debris removal) vessel. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by "M. Mack Earle, P.E., Consulting Naval Architect" at a scale of 3/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated May 18, 1986. The plan was prepared for the "U. S. Army District, Philadelphia, Corps of Engineers, Office of the District Engineer."
