Mackinaw Boat, "Wabesi"
One plan sheet for the "Mackinaw Boat, 'Wabesi.'" The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows plan and profile views of the hull lines (half breadth and sheer) for a 26' 5.75" long fishing boat. A note beneath the title block shows "Built by Shaney at St. Ignace, Mich., about 1845. Owned by Joseph Osogwin of Hessel, Mich." A note near the lower left corner shows "Dimensions and lines taken off in 1933." A note near the lower right corner shows "Drawn by Oliver A. Birge, 1936." It is drawn at a scale of 1 inch = 1 foot.
