Letter
One letter, dated April 20, 1931, from Col. E. M. Markham of the Corps of Engineers to Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. The letter is typewritten in black ink on white paper that is watermarked with an American eagle emblem. The letter extended a permit that was previously in 1925 until December 31, 1934, and allowed Dunbar & Sullivan to place fill and riprap around Stony Island.
