Discharge of Mortgage

One Discharge of Mortgage, dated November 16, 1927, from the First National Bank in Detroit to the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. The form is printed in black text on white paper and is watermarked "Hammermill Ledger, Made in U.S.A." It contains blank lines that have been completed with typewritten text which gives a legal description of Stony Island in the lower Detroit River. The form has been signed and sealed by two officers of the bank, two witnesses, and a notary public. The discharge was recorded at the Wayne County Register of Deeds office on November 23, 1927, in Liber 441, Page 389, and was signed and sealed by Otto Stoll.
