Tie Lines
One copy of the Michigan Bell Telephone Company employee newsletter, "Tie Lines," vol. 18, no. 11, dated December, 1982. The 15-page, tabloid-style newsletter is printed in black ink on white paper. It contains a note from the company president and includes a variety of articles concerning company news, customer service highlights, employee news/activities, employee anniversaries/retirements/obituaries, letters to the editor, and classified advertisements. Several black and white halftone photos are shown throughout the newsletter. A group photo of nine female retirees, including the donor's mother, Margaret Miller, is shown on page 2.
