Belle Isle Bridge Fire, April 27, 1915

Black and white postcard depicting the Belle Isle Bridge on Fire, with several firefighters aboard a fire tug using hoses to spray the flames. A dock which extends underneath the bridge is also caught in the fire. The center of the bridge has completely burned. Another fire tug is visible across the river battling the fire at the bridge's opposite end. "W.D. Benham Co., Detroit, Mich." printed on verso.
