U-Matic tape containing several takes of a woman portraying a teacher interacting with a group of young children who play her students. She tells them about the annual Christmas Carnival at Cobo Hall.

The video are on a Sony U-Matic S tape, with a City of Detroit Department of Public Information Video Production label on its top. The tape is housed within a black plastic case with a blank Sony KCS 20 label inserted into its clear plastic label sleeve, and a partial Department of Public Information spine label affixed to the cover.
