Pitcher, Cream

One small cream pitcher (single serving size) from the dining room of the passenger steamship, SS City of Collingwood, of the Northern Navigation Company. The cylindrically-shaped pitcher is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It has an open top with a thickened rim, a short spout, straight sides that flare outward slightly to form a wider base with a rounded edge, and a plain curved side handle. A black and white image of the company flag is stamped the side of the pitcher beneath the spout. No manufacturer's name or marks are shown.
