Plate, Butter
One small butter plate from the dining room of the passenger steamship, SS City of Collingwood, of the Northern Navigation Company. The round plate is made of white glazed china. It has short curved sides with a rounded top edge. A black and white image of the company flag is stamped on one side of the dish near the rim. The underside is stamped with a green crown logo and green text that reads "Johnson Bros., England."
