It is has an open top with a wide spout, a round body with straight sides that flare outward slightly to form a wider base, and a decorative rectangular handle with a thumb rest. The pitcher is plainly-decorated with faint ridge lines that encircle the outside near the rim and base. The blue script "D&C" logo is stamped on the side below the spout. The underside of the cup is stamped with dark red text that reads "The Bailey-Walker, Vitrified China, Bedford, Ohio," and "Furnished by Reichle Sons Co., Detroit, Mich."
