Plate, Dinner
One dinner plate from the dining room of the SS Benson Ford of the Ford Motor Company steamship fleet. It is made of heavyweight, off-white glazed china and has a flat, upturned rim with a rounded edge. Narrow black stripes are located along the inner and outer edges of the rim. Script text between the stripes shows the name, "Ford." Stamped text on the underside of the plate reads "Buffalo China, L-9, Made in U.S.A."
