One sepia-toned photograph of the cargo ship, LAKE OSWEYA (Hull #131), at the Saginaw Ship Building Company yard in Bay City, Michigan. The photo shows a port side view of the ship which is moored at a dock in the shipyard. Workmen are proceeding with fitting out work on the deck. Dazzle painting has been used on the hull for camouflage. Handwritten text in the lower right corner reads "Saginaw Ship Bldg. Co., 7/27/18, E.F.C.
