One sepia-toned photograph of a new cargo ship in dry dock at the Saginaw Ship Building Company yard in Bay City, Michigan. The photo shows a view of the port quarter area of the hull which appears to be undergoing repairs. Workmen are replacing bolts/rivets on several hull plates that are located just below the water line. (Also see photo 2018.041.048.)
