One black and white photograph showing the aftermath of a barge and bridge collision in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The photo shows a view of the side of the crane barge, "CHEROKEE," of the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company which appears to have collided with a large bundle of protective timber pilings at one end of the Ahnapee and Western Railway swing bridge. The Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal is visible in the foreground with the bent pilings and barge in the center left background. A small workboat, "CAPT. GEORGE," is resting on the barge deck. The railroad bridge and its wooden foundation pier can be seen at the center right side of the photo. The face of an unidentified observer appears in the lower right corner of the photo. A black ink stamp on the verso reads "Jun 14, 10:04 AM '67" and "Harmann Studios, Artists in Photography, 222 Steele St., Algoma, Wis. - 11 N. Third Ave., Sturgeon Bay, Wis."
