One blueprint drawing entitled "Historic Fort Wayne, Promenade/Overlook." The drawing (Sheet No. S-2) shows the parade ground area at the fort and locations of musket/cannon firing lines. An overall site plan of the proposed overlook structure is also shown near the lower left corner of the sheet. A title block in the lower right corner indicates that the plan was prepared by Charles Terrence McCafferty and Associates at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet and was dated July 28, 1984.
