Gallery Arrangement

One plan sheet entitled, "Gallery Arrangement." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows an interior plan view of the lower deck of the sidewheel steamship, SS Seeandbee, which is being converted to an aircraft carrier, the U.S.S. Wolverine. The outline of the new flight deck can be seen along the perimeter of the old steamship hull. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing number, "H355-23," was prepared by the "American Ship Building Co." at a scale of 1/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated June 26, 1942.
