Oil Cooling Tank
One drawing entitled, "Oil Cooling Tank," which was designed for the hydroplane, Miss America X. The pencil drawing on vellum paper shows side and end views of the metal tank which has a vertical elliptical shape with tapered sides. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by "Wood Hydraulic Hoist & Body Company, Detroit, Michigan" at half scale and is dated June 14, 1932. The plan number is shown as "M.A.-32-36."
