Pitcher, Cream
One cream pitcher from a dining room of one of the steamships of the Algoma Central Railway fleet. The cylindrically-shaped pitcher is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has an open top with a small spout, a rounded top edge, and a plain rectangular handle with a flat thumb rest. Except at the spout, a narrow red stripe encircles the pitcher along the top edge. A red/white/black image of the "Algoma Central Marine" company flag is stamped on one of the sides beneath the red stripe. The underside is stamped with a small portcullis grate logo and black text that reads "Steelite International, England."
