One black and white photograph of a dry dock under construction in Erie, Pennsylvania. The photo shows a view along the side of the new Erie dry dock that was being constructed by Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company for Litton Industries. Excavated earth and a dewatering pump can be seen in the center area of the photo. Steel sheet piling is visible along the sides of the dry dock in the background. A crane and other construction equipment are visible onshore in the far background. Handwritten ink text on the verso shows "DL 3996, 9/13/68."
