Transparency, Lantern-slide
Glass Lantern-Slide. Bears a cross section drawing, entitled, "Cross Section thru 18-0 Bay of Boiler Room." The coal dryer, green coal bin, coal scales, pulversizer mill, conveyors, air fans, and ducts are among the included details. "Manning Bros. Detroit" and "Slides For All Purposes are printed" on the opaque sides of the recto. "10" is handwritten on a sticker affixed to the recto. The edge of the slide is covered in black tape.
