Patent 2-piece grommet. Second in a series of three metal grommets; mild steel; doughnut shaped with a concentric circle design on top and bottom, and a channel around the outer edge; recovered from the wreck of the schooner ALVIN CLARK, which foundered in Lake Michigan in 1864.
