Coaster
One drink coaster from a dining room of the Pickands Mather & Company steamship fleet. The coaster is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has a thick, vertical outside edge and a small curve beneath with a short, flat base. The inside edge has a short curve that blends into a flat bottom. Narrow blue and red stripes encircle the outer edge of the flat bottom and a red/white/blue image of the "PM Co." company flag is stamped at the center. The underside is stamped with black text that reads "Walker China, Vitrified," and "Bedford, Ohio, 8-41."
