One color photograph showing an aerial view of the new harbor construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks northward across the outer harbor and shows two barges and a crane at work on rip rap breakwaters. Two lighthouses are visible as well as two anchored sailboats and the calm waters of Lake Michigan. The work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company.
