One color photograph showing an aerial view of the new harbor construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks northeastward across the outer harbor and shows several barges and cranes at work. Rip rap breakwaters can be seen in the foreground and background. The construction work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso shows "1987, Racine Co., Wisconsin, Harbor Rehab." and "L. L. LaMourie."
