One color photograph showing an aerial view of the new harbor under construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks northwestward across the south side of the harbor and shows the new boat launch area and rip rap breakwaters in the foreground. Several barges and cranes are at work in various areas of the harbor. The Racine shoreline can be seen in the background. The work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company.
