One color photograph showing an aerial view of the new harbor construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks westward across the outer harbor and shows three barges and a crane at work on rip rap breakwaters. Two lighthouses can be seen at the harbor entrance in the foreground and an empty marina can be seen in the background. The work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso shows "11-4-86, Racine Co., Wisconsin, Harbor Rehabilitation. Cost $4,000,000+" and "L. L. LaMourie."
