One color photograph showing a winter time, aerial view of the new harbor under construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks northeastward across the harbor and shows the Racine shoreline in the foreground which is lightly covered with snow. An empty marina can be seen in the upper left background. New rip rap breakwaters can be seen along the outer perimeter of the harbor with temporary barriers and excavation areas being visible inside the harbor to the right. Open water areas inside the harbor are mostly covered with ice floes. An adhesive label on the verso shows "Corporate Images, Inc., 1920 Lathrop Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin 53405. (414) 633-7772" and "January, 1987, Aerials of Lakefront #1."
