One color photograph showing an aerial view of the new harbor construction at Racine, Wisconsin. The view looks southeastward across the inner harbor and shows rip rap breakwaters and buildings along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The Racine Coast Guard station is visible at the mouth of the Root River as well as three barges and a tugboat. The harbor construction work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company.
