Cup, Coffee
One small coffee cup from a dining room of the Socony-Vacuum Oil Company tanker fleet. The cup is made of white glazed china. It has a rounded top edge, a plain round handle with a narrow red stripe on the outside, vertical sides, and a rounded bottom with a small circular base. Narrow blue and red stripes encircle the cup on the outside top edge and the company logo is stamped on the front side. The logo consists of a shield-shaped blue outline with a red Pegasus image and blue text that reads "Standard-Vacuum." The underside of the cup is stamped with black text that reads "Vitrified, J. E. Heath, Ltd., England."
