One bread plate from the dining room of the tanker, MOBIL CHICAGO, of the Mobil Oil Corporation. The round plate is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has a slightly-curved, upturned rim, and the company logo, consisting of a red Pegasus image, is stamped at the midpoint. The underside is stamped with black text that reads "Mayer China Co., Beaver Falls, PA., U.S.A.," and "487."
